These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you“) and N7 Technologies LLC (“N7 Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.n7technologies.com website as well as our mobile applications, including VolleyballStream for YouTube, Daily Compound Interest Calc, and Rounding Calculator+ (collectively, the “Services“).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason.

You will be alerted about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Terms are posted will be subject to the updated Terms.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services—including all source code, databases, software functionality, user interface designs, audio, video, text, and graphics (collectively, the “Content“) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks“)—are owned or controlled by N7 Technologies LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Services or Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our express prior written permission.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS & ACCOUNT ACCESS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms;
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside (or have received parental consent);
  • You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means (such as bots or scripts);
  • You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
  • Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
4. YOUTUBE API SERVICES & THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

VolleyballStream connects directly with the YouTube API Services to facilitate authorized live video broadcasting directly to your personal or organization YouTube channel.

By authenticating and using VolleyballStream to broadcast or configure live streams on YouTube, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
  • Your authentication and channel interactions are processed in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy.
  • You must comply with all YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright rules, and broadcasting terms. N7 Technologies LLC is not responsible for stream terminations, copyright strikes, or channel suspensions resulting from your broadcast content.
  • You can manage or revoke VolleyballStream’s access to your Google/YouTube account at any time through the Google Security Settings Page.
5. LIVE STREAMING & BROADCAST CONDUCT

When utilizing VolleyballStream for live video transmission, you are solely responsible for the video, audio, text overlays, and score information broadcast to your audience. You agree that you will not broadcast:

  • Any content that infringes upon the intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights of any third party;
  • Defamatory, obscene, harassing, unlawful, or sexually explicit material;
  • Audio or visual material captured in private venues without required permissions or facility consent.
6. MOBILE DEVICE PERMISSIONS & LOCAL RECORDINGS

VolleyballStream requires access to your device camera, microphone, local network, and storage to capture live footage, synchronize scores with remote assistants, and record local MP4 backup files.

You retain full ownership and control over the video files stored locally on your device or uploaded to your personal YouTube account. N7 Technologies LLC does not host, view, or retain copies of your recorded video matches on private servers.

7. ADVERTISEMENTS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our applications may display advertisements served by Google AdMob when not actively broadcasting live video. We may also utilize Firebase services for real-time score sync and performance diagnostic reporting. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party advertisers or external websites linked through advertisements.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to bypass, disable, or tamper with security-related features of the applications;
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the software;
  • Using the remote scoring protocol to flood, disrupt, or attack device connections;
  • Using the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or platform policies.
9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & TECHNICAL DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Live streaming performance relies on third-party factors outside our control, including gym Wi-Fi quality, cellular network congestion, hardware camera capabilities, and YouTube server availability. N7 Technologies LLC cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free video broadcasting, and shall not be liable for dropped connections, lost match segments, or broadcast buffering.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL N7 TECHNOLOGIES LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless N7 Technologies LLC, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your broadcast content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS & SERVICES

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
